About the role
As a Global Transition Project Manager(PM) driving business transition from Japan to India, you will build standard processes and a Japan-led transition model, and lead actual project execution.
What you'll bring
- Leadership or management experience for teams of around 20–30 members
- Project management experience, or experience leading projects as a team lead
- Practical experience in offshore collaboration or overseas transition projects
- Understanding of infrastructure-related work
- Strong communication skills to bridge language and cultural gaps
- Resilience and creativity to drive results in ambiguous environments
- Experience working regularly with global centers such as India
- Experience in transition or standardization projects in manufacturing, finance, insurance, or related industries
- Experience improving transition processes or building success models
