About the role

As a Project Manager for outsourced banking system operations, you will lead a 20–30 member operations team, oversee customer support, issue resolution, process improvement proposals, and day-to-day site operations including 24/7 support and incident response, while coordinating with shared service centers and multiple Delivery Partners to drive overall operations.
