About the role
The Senior Project Manager will ensure that the project management team manages projects in an efficient manner, as well as oversee all the needs of the team. The Senior Project Manager will ensure the profitability of the account(s) they are responsible for, assist the Senior Production Manager in understanding the details and processes that go into a production localization workflow, gather client needs and transform them into actions, evangelize, implement and promote the use of technology and automation across the team, as well as the use and implementation of consistent and standardized processes, to be well-documented and maintained.
What you'll bring

- 機密情報を適切に取り扱えること。
- 高い意欲を持ち、チームの一員として協働できること。また、主体的に学習・トレーニングに取り組み、業務に関連する技術および手法を効果的に活用できること。
- Experience either on videogames and/or localization sectors, be it on client or vendor side, with degree in Business, Audio, Translation, Computer Science or Games Development as an advantage.
- Experience in working with CAT tools in general (and memoQ in particular) is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of PC and MS Office products is essential.
