About the role
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about making a meaningful and lasting impact within the Global Procurement and Supply Chain team at Woven by Toyota. As a Procurement Manager, you will proactively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders across global locations — from senior leadership to operational staff —to gain a deep understanding of on-the-ground challenges, and translate those insights into more agile processes while continuously driving supplier strategy improvements. Furthermore, we are seeking individuals who deeply resonate with our fundamental belief in treating suppliers as equal partners — built on mutual trust and a shared commitment to growing together — and who can embody that philosophy in their day-to-day work.
What you'll bring
- Strong academic record, with a Bachelor's degree or above from university or institutions.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Experience driving cross-functional projects.
- Familiar with ERP and Procurement tools such as Oracle and SAP.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese.
- Excellent stakeholder management at all levels across a diverse environment.
- Understanding of at least Japanese regulatory requirements related to procurement activities.
