About the role
As a Community Leasing Associate at one of our brand new Lease-Up communities, you’ll be the face of Fairfield for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process and creating exceptional living experiences. This role combines sales, customer service, and marketing to help our communities thrive. Below is a snapshot of what this role is all about. While there is more to it, this is the core focus. This position is non-exempt; the range above reflects hourly rates. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any).
What you'll bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail required.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.
