About the role
We're looking for a clinical leader who thrives on building strong teams and delivering exceptional patient care. This is a hands-on leadership role—you'll shape how care is delivered, mentor the next generation of clinical managers, and drive the outcomes that matter most to patients and families.
What you'll bring
- Active California RN or PT License
- 3+ years of management experience in home health or a related healthcare setting (within the last 5 years), including at least 1 year in a supervisory or administrative role
- Strong critical thinking, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Valid California driver's license, auto insurance, and clean driving record
- Deep clinical knowledge specific to home health
- Proven leadership in multi-site or multi-disciplinary environments
- Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
