As the primary client liaison, this role ensures service excellence, drives revenue through upselling and retention, and proactively identifies opportunities to enhance client properties. This position requires strong industry knowledge, organization, and relationship management skills.
What you'll bring
- 3+ years in account management, sales, or client-facing roles
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance, construction, and irrigation
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license with local travel required
