What you'll bring

• · HVAC trade school completion and 2+ years of residential/light commercial experience.
• · EPA Certification (Type I, II, or Universal).
• · Clean, acceptable MVR and valid driver’s license.
• · Strong work ethic
• able to work independently and as part of a team.
• · Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• · Proficiency with iPad and iPhone
• able to navigate and use apps confidently (dispatch, forms, photos, videos, invoicing).
• · Able to work overtime/occasional weekends/holidays as needed.
• · ServiceTitan experience a Plus
• sales/estimating skills helpful.
