About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient CRM Business Systems Analyst to support our enterprise-wide Salesforce implementation. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our CRM environment by connecting business needs with platform capabilities, collaborating across departments, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the solution is scalable, efficient, and aligned with our long-term vision. This position is key to delivering a successful CRM transformation that enhances customer engagement and sales productivity

What you'll bring

• Experience & Backgroun
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis or related roles, with at least 3 years working directly on Salesforce CRM projects.
• Hands-on exposure to Salesforce system implementation or migration
• Prior involvement in data validation during CRM go-lives and collaboration with external service providers or consultants.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, App Builder, Business Analyst) are strongly preferred.
• ideally within Sales Cloud or similar environments.
