About the role
Spring Oak Senior Living at York is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN ) to serve as the Wellness Director for our assisted living community. This is a hands-on clinical leadership role for an LPN who is passionate about resident care, team development, medication management, regulatory compliance, and creating a warm, supportive environment for seniors.
What you'll bring
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in South Carolina required.
- At least 2 years of nursing leadership, supervisory, or management experience required.
- Strong knowledge of resident assessments, care planning, medication management, clinical documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, and outside providers.
- Experience in assisted living, senior living, memory care, long-term care, skilled nursing, or residential care strongly preferred.
- Experience with eMAR or EHR systems preferred
