About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Manufacturing Engineer II to join our dynamic team at Composite Resources, a Re:Build Manufacturing company. This role involves independently leading composite manufacturing process development, optimization, and ongoing improvement efforts. You will act as a technical authority for specific product lines or manufacturing areas, driving measurable gains in quality, cost, and efficiency. You will also ensure the smooth transition of new products from prototype to serial production.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related STEM field required.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing engineering experience in composite or advanced manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record leading process improvement projects with measurable results.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or comparable CAD software, statistical analysis tools, and composite manufacturing methods.
• Deep knowledge of composite materials science and GD&T (ASME Y14.5).
• Strong project leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to guide junior engineers and work across departments to address complex manufacturing challenges.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
