About the role
Night Shift Hours: 3:30pm - 2:00am Pay: $14 - $19/hr (DOE) Key Responsibilities: Set up and operates CNC mills, lathes and other machining equipment. Edit programming new and existing product improve operational efficiency. Familiar with cutting speeds, feed rates, depth of cuts and cutting tools to be used on basis of experience and knowledge of metal properties. Replaces worn tools. Essential Functions: Must be able to read and understand blue prints. - Required Capabilities: Has High School Diploma or GED Has 3 plus years set up and operating experience in a CNC Machine Shop Environment.
- Using Fanuc, Mazatrol and HAAS Controls.
- Ability to interpret complex blueprints and apply a variety of geometric and trigonometric principles.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures.
- Ability to handle multiple and frequently changing priorities.
- Assists Machine Shop Supervisor as Assigned.
- Work Overtime as required.
