About the role

As a Rawlings Sales Associate, you will work with a wide range of premium products, including gloves, bats, training equipment, apparel, and accessories. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting store sales goals and maintaining a welcoming retail environment. The Sales Associate provides outstanding customer service by assisting customers with product selection, answering questions, and sharing product knowledge. This position is responsible for helping drive sales, maintaining store presentation standards, and supporting daily retail operations.

What you'll bring

• Minimum of three (3) months of experience in retail, sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional, friendly, and outgoing demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
