About the role
As a Registered Nurse with Paradigm Treatment and Ridge RTC, you will provide direct patient care to individuals navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges within our residential treatment programs. You will play a vital role on the multidisciplinary treatment team, supporting patients through assessment, medication management, and ongoing clinical care. As part of the Altior network, you’ll find the stability of an established organization with the heart of a close-knit treatment community where every role matters. The Registered Nurse provides direct nursing care within a residential mental health setting, supporting patients throughout their treatment journey while ensuring clinical excellence, safety, and continuity of care.
What you'll bring
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required in the state where services are provided
- Previous experience in behavioral health or mental health settings.
- Strong passion for mental and behavioral healthcare.
- Experience working with adolescents and/or young adults in youth-focused treatment settings.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team.
- Strong documentation, communication, and clinical judgment skills.
- Experience working in residential or inpatient clinical environments preferred.
