We have an Waiter/Waitress position with one of our top retail clients. Below is the job description and the requirement needed for the job. Our client will contact the successful candidate. Do well to apply if you feel this job is for you. The Waiter/Waitress uplifts the dining experience for customers. We are looking for someone who will have the patience, personality, and perseverance to thrive in this role. Waiter/Waitress responsibilities include greeting and serving customers, providing detailed information on menus, multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties, and collecting the bill. If you can perform well in fast-paced environments, we'd like to meet you. To be a successful Waiter or Waitress, you should be polite with our customers and make sure they enjoy their meals. You should also be a team player and be able to communicate with our Kitchen Staff to make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly effectively. Keep in mind that Waiter/Waitress duties may require working in shifts and/or occasionally during weekends and holidays. Ultimately, our Waiters/Waitresses must provide an excellent overall dining experience for our guests.
What you'll bring
- Have recent experience in the Hospitality/Customer Service Industry
- Ability to accurately exchange currency with guests, as well as accurately handle tip-outs
- Ability to bus/pre-bus with or without support staff
- Ability to provide reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work fast and multi-task, keeping your "head on a swivel" in a high-volume environment
- Ability to provide excellent customer service for every and all tables in the restaurant
- Must be friendly, provide excellent customer service, and consistently display an attitude, which fosters a teamwork environment.
