We are seeking skilled and reliable Field Welders with current 3G/4G certifications and hands-on experience working with miscellaneous metals such as stairs, handrails and light structural components. The ideal candidate will be proficient in stick welding (SMAW), grinding, and interpreting blueprints and work instructions to complete installations with precision and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be proficient in stick welding (SMAW), grinding, and interpreting blueprints and work instructions to complete installations with precision and professionalism.
What you'll bring
- Proven experience in stick welding (SMAW), particularly with stairs, railings and light structures.
- Proficient in using grinders, band saws, and standard fabrication tools.
- Ability to read and follow blueprints.
- Familiarity with construction job sites and safety protocols.
- Must be dependable, team-oriented, and flexible with work hours and travel requirements.
- Certified in 3G/4G welding is preferred (company will certify also).
- Experience with aluminum and stainless welding preferred.
