About the role

The Program Analyst II will provide analytical, logistical, and program management support to the Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Project at Camp Pendleton, California. This position is responsible for collecting, analyzing, validating, and interpreting logistics and operational data to support program planning, resource management, readiness assessments, and informed decision-making. The successful candidate will leverage extensive logistics experience and data mining capabilities to identify trends, assess performance, develop reports, and recommend process improvements. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with project managers, logistics personnel, technical teams, and government stakeholders to support UAS program objectives.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Operations Management, or another relevant field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics, data mining, data analysis, or closely related fields, with demonstrated experience applying analytical methods to logistics or operational support functions.
• An additional six (6) years of directly related, job-related experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree requirement, subject to applicable contract and customer requirements.
• Demonstrated experience collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting complex data from multiple sources.
• Experience developing reports, performance metrics, trend analyses, and data-driven recommendations.
• Experience working with logistics information systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, inventory management databases, or maintenance tracking systems.
• Proficiency with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD), U.S. Marine Corps, or other military logistics programs.
