About the role
The Care Manager will report to Health & Wellness Director. Assists residents in all aspects of their daily life as indicated in the resident’s care plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, and activities. Open Shifts: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am An individual in this position will be required to lift or carry weight in up to 50 lbs. Intermittent physical activity includes lifting and supporting residents. The associate must use proper body mechanics.
