About the role
Join our Global Network Engineering & Operations team to design, implement, and support enterprise network and security solutions across global data centers, Azure cloud environments, and branch locations. You'll drive network modernization initiatives, serve as a Level 3 escalation point for critical incidents, and help shape the strategic evolution of our global network architecture. As a key contributor to our network infrastructure initiatives, you will provide Level 3 escalation support for operational incidents and play an integral role in the strategic evolution of the organization's global network architecture. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise across routing and switching, cloud networking, and secure access technologies, including Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco SD-WAN, Forescout NAC, Cisco wireless infrastructure, and network access control solutions.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or Network Engineering (equivalent experience considered).
- 10+ years in enterprise network engineering/operations
- 5+ years supporting global environments.
- Proven track record leading large scale network transformation initiatives.
