About the role
The Norman Family Foundation (NFF) is seeking a full-time pastor for Travel Ball Church (TBC). We’re looking for someone who is familiar with travel ball and has felt a calling to ministry—even if they haven’t followed the traditional path.

- Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent.
- A passion to see student athletes’ walks with Christ develop.
- A heart for the local community.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Knowledge and experience in Youth Sports (coaching, umpiring, volunteer for youth sports leagues)
- Ability to work independently with positive time management skills (able to manage ministry as well as personal and family time)
- Willing to relocate to the Lakeland, FL area.
