We are hiring an entry-level Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide consistent, structured care for individuals of all ages in the Yamhill County area. (No prior DSP experience required – paid training provided.) This is a strong fit for someone who is consistent, patient, and confident maintaining boundaries in a supportive way .
What you'll bring
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Current auto insurance (meeting state requirements)
- Comfortable supporting personal care needs
- Experience in caregiving, DSP, behavioral support, or IDD roles
- Experience supporting individuals with I/DD
- Strong communication and boundary-setting skills
- CPR/First Aid certification
