About the role
We're looking for experienced Foreman Carpenters who lead by example, take ownership of their projects, and know how to keep crews productive, safe, and focused on quality. As a Foreman Carpenter, you'll be responsible for leading carpentry crews and executing retail construction projects from start to finish.
What you'll bring
- 7+ years of commercial carpentry experience
- 3+ years of experience leading crews or serving as a Lead Carpenter or Foreman
- Experience with retail, commercial, tenant improvement, or remodel construction
- Strong skills in framing, drywall, finish carpentry, fixture installation, and millwork
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Proven ability to lead teams while maintaining productivity and quality
- Experience coordinating multiple trades in active construction environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to travel and stay overnight as project schedules require
- Commitment to safety, accountability, and teamwork
