About the role

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for executing design projects for our nearly 150 advisor practices as well as corporate stakeholders. You’ll work collaboratively with the marketing team, advisor businesses, and corporate stakeholders to execute design projects. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and experience in UI/UX design principles. This role reports directly to the Manager of Brand and Design and works both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment while organizing multiple projects.

What you'll bring

• 1-3+ year of experience as a Graphic Designer or a similar role, showcasing a portfolio of previous design projects
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma and Canva
• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
• Excellent creativity and ability to develop visually compelling designs
• Able to work well under time pressure
• Knowledge of current design trends, new technologies, and best practices in graphic design.
• Familiarity with web design principles and basic HTML/CSS knowledge
