The Associate Relationship Manager supports Relationship Managers and senior team members in delivering exceptional service to Northern Trust Asset Management’s institutional investors. This role is responsible for coordinating client servicing activities, managing operational and administrative processes, and partnering with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate execution of client requests. What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in the financial services or investment management industry.
- Foundational knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management.
- Ability to listen purposefully and apply problem-solving skills to identify and quickly address client servicing issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM platforms.
- Series 7 and 63 licenses required and must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment.
