About the role

The Data Analyst owns data extraction, reporting and dashboarding for Metabolic's clinical and business teams. The role pulls data from the clinic's systems, structures it and turns it into dashboards and reports that give the team a clear read on patient outcomes, program performance and business metrics. This role sits close to the Metabolic Baseline and the clinic's broader diabetes and metabolic health programs. The work here feeds directly into research, partnerships and operational decisions across the business.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as data science, statistics, computer science, public health or a related discipline.
• One to three years of experience in a data analyst role
• Strong SQL skills, comfortable writing queries that join and aggregate data across multiple tables.
• Working proficiency in Python and Pandas for data cleaning, transformation and analysis.
• Experience building dashboards in tools such as Power BI, Tableau or a comparable platform.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to collect, organize and validate large volumes of data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data findings to a non-technical audience.
• Knowledge of healthcare data privacy standards and clinical research data practices is a strong advantage.
• All data handling follows UAE Federal Law No.
• 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and DHA requirements for patient information.
• Patient confidentiality applies to every extract, report and dashboard.
