About the role
The Principal Data & Analytics Governance & Quality Analyst leads the development and implementation of the enterprise’s Data and Analytics Governance strategy and compliance for business and consumption layer data assets. As the primary data owner, ensure the integrity, quality, and fitness-for-purpose of the organization's critical data and analytics products. Take principal-level responsibility for developing and overseeing data governance strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Assumes accountability for the assessment, improvement and governance of quality and ongoing fitness-for-purpose of the organization's foundational data and analytics products. What You’ll Do
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required )
- 8+ years of experience in related field
- In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field
- Professional certifications or training in data governance, data management, analytics, healthcare informatics, project management, or related disciplines
