About the role

KIPP Indy is seeking a committed and innovative Middle School Math Teacher to join our team of educators. This role requires a teacher who is dedicated to ensuring that all students develop a strong mathematical foundation through engaging lessons that promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for math instruction, a commitment to fostering student achievement, and a willingness to continuously grow and improve through feedback and collaboration.

What you'll bring

• Valid Indiana teaching license or in the process of applying for reciprocity with a valid out-of-state license (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field (required).
• Commitment to equity, high expectations, and the belief that all students can succeed (required).
• Openness to feedback and commitment to continuous improvement (required).
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in middle school math (preferred).
• Experience using data to inform instruction and improve student outcomes (preferred).
