About the role

Our Anchorage office is seeking an Electrical Engineer with 10+ years of experience to support and lead power system engineering for utility, industrial, energy, and infrastructure clients. The ideal candidate has strong technical depth in power distribution, protection and controls, power system studies, generation or renewable energy systems, and coordination with clients, contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary design teams. What you'll bring

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university
• 10+ years of relevant electrical engineering design and construction experience
• Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) in Electrical Engineering, or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months of employment
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary design teams
• Experience leading projects, studies, field coordination, client relationships, or design teams
• Desire to lead multidisciplinary projects and project teams
• 47 years in business
