About the role

Alyeska Builders is a locally owned  general contractor serving Interior Alaska, and we're looking for experienced equipment operators and dirt work professionals who take pride in quality workmanship and want to be part of a team that genuinely enjoys working together.

What you'll bring

• Understanding of excavation, grading, compaction, and site preparation
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to regularly lift 50+ pounds
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and team-first mentality
• We offer a limited number of Construction Apprentice positions for motivated individuals who want to learn, develop their skills, and build a career in construction.
• General construction and multi-trade experience are a plus
