About the role

The Manager, Business Development Europe, will understand and support the breadth of Array's customers, which range from utility companies, to EPC companies, solar project developers and Independent Power Producers (IPPs). This individual will understand the different customer metrics and concerns and how to improve Array's offerings to better meet customer needs. This individual will advocate for the customer within Array by defining customer requirements, prioritizing these requirements, and identifying new opportunities for Array to add value. · This position will require approx. 50% travel.

What you'll bring

• We seek professionals with technical sales
• · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• · Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the renewable energy sector, with a focus on solar technology.
• · 2+ years hands-on computer experience with email, Salesforce and Microsoft Office package.
• · Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• · Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• · Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• · Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• · Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
