About the role

Amerisure is recruiting for a Policy Services Representative to join our team! This role will be hybrid 2 days a week in the local office & 3 from home. Supports Underwriting/Programs by processing routine to complex multi-line, multi-state transactions for new business and renewals within established production capacity. Ensures all support activities are delivered in accordance with company procedures, service standards and business priorities.

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of business or customer service experience.
• Strong Analytical Thinking skills required.
• Proficient computer skills required including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical computations.
