About the role

SmartRent is seeking a Digital Growth Director for our organization. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our digital campaigns, from initial conception and audience segmentation to campaign flight and performance attribution. While you’ll have a design team to bring your visual concepts to life, you are the architect. You will own the pipes (Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot), the fuel (ZoomInfo), and the engines (CMS, LinkedIn & Digital Networks) to ensure our message reaches the right person at the right time.

What you'll bring

• 3-5 years of experience in Demand Generation or Growth Digital Marketing in a B2B SaaS or Multifamily environment.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience specifically within Pardot aka Salesforce Marketing Cloud..
• Proficiency in tag, keyword and SEO best practices, optimization and management.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM.
• High proficiency in ZoomInfo (Marketing & SalesOS) for list building, intent monitoring, and database enrichment.
• You don't just export data
• you interpret it.
• You should be comfortable with A/B testing frameworks and multi-touch attribution models.
• Experience working alongside marketing, sales, enablement, graphic and web designers to provide clear briefs that result in high-performing assets.
• Previous experience working for a SaaS company or tech startup with enterprise solutions.
• Experience in Property Management, Real Estate Technology, or Multifamily vendor marketing.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
