About the role

We are seeking a FP&A Senior Analyst, Platform North America, to support financial planning and strategic analysis efforts. As FP&A Senior Analyst, Platform North America, you will support in-country FP&A initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical grasp of financial/accounting concepts, along with a strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and business analytics. As a self-starter, you will be hands-on, capable of delivering within a high-performing, global team. In this hybrid role, you will report to the Head of FP&A, ATI Global and have a dotted line to local Controllers in the United States and Canada. This is a hybrid role based out of our office in San Francisco. We are seeking a FP&A Senior Analyst, Platform North America, to support financial planning and strategic analysis efforts. What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
  • CPA qualified
  • 3+ years’ post qualification experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance (inhouse or advisory) or similar fields
  • Knowledge and Skills
  • Strong financial modelling skills (budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis)
  • Combining superior attention to detail with ability to present financial information clearly and concisely to senior management and key stakeholders to support business decisions
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting and its linkage to FP&A
  • Experience working in cross-functional and fast-paced environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with different departments and levels within the global organization
  • Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning/Reporting and NetSuite
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build financial models to support decision-making
  • Excellent team player skills
