About the role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Go-To-Market Finance manager to help drive growth through strong forecasting, pipeline analysis, and the ability to translate detailed performance insights into clear, strategic perspectives. You’ll partner closely with Sales Leadership, RevOps, and Product Marketing to support GTM execution, improve visibility into performance, and ensure resources are invested effectively. This is a highly visible role for someone who thrives on curiosity, problem-solving, and making an impact through collaboration with stakeholders. What you'll bring

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), strategic finance, or related fields, including 2+ years covering sales.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • Expert in Excel and Google Sheets
  • can maintain complex spreadsheets, comfortable with different modeling techniques and shortcuts.
  • Proficient in SQL and analytics, with the ability to synthesize large, imperfect datasets into clear insights and recommendations for senior leaders
  • Deep experience in financial planning, forecasting, and driving insights through data-driven analysis
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships with key partners
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to frequently changing situations
  • Strong project management capabilities and the ability to juggle multiple priorities independently.
  • Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
