About the role

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Senior FP&A Analyst to join Jiko’s Finance team. This person will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• 4+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, or corporate finance
• Exceptional Excel and financial modeling skills
• Clear understanding of financial statements, general accounting principles, and key business metrics.
• Experience analyzing complex data sets and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• MBA or CFA preferred.
• startup or financial services experience strongly preferred.
• familiarity with accounting systems and FP&A tools like Adaptive Insights or Anaplan is a plus.
