About the role
We are looking for a Manager, Strategic Finance & Revenue Operations with 5-7 years of experience to be our first dedicated finance hire. We need a scrappy, hands-on builder who can thrive in ambiguity and has a background in both top-tier consulting and a high-growth startup. This is a critical, P0 role to build our revenue operations infrastructure from the ground up, reduce operational risk, and free up leadership to focus on more strategic initiatives. What you'll bring
- 5 - 7 years of experience in a finance, RevOps, or BizOps role at a growth-stage technology company
- Strong analytical & communication skills
- able to produce clear, executive-ready outputs
- Strong financial modeling skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Direct ownership of a billing system build or revenue recognition policy (complying with ASC 606)
- Experience with billing systems (Stripe, Tabs, etc.).
- Proven ability to work independently and thrive in ambiguity
- Demonstrated 'builder' mentality; creates processes from scratch
