About the role
We're looking for a high-ownership, high-performing Program Manager to own cross-functional programs across our internal tooling, IT and security systems, and vendor landscape. You will translate cross-functional requirements into clear project plans, you'll keep stakeholders updated through timely and clear status updates, and you'll ensure projects and programs deliver successfully and on-time with tight alignment across teams. Your work will directly support the efficiency and efficacy of the entire company as we rapidly scale. You're equally comfortable running a tight program review and building the automation that makes the next review run itself. This is a high-ownership role with real surface area from day one. You'll report into the Internal Systems team and partner directly with every function at Stord.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years in program management or a closely related field — at a fast-growing technology company.
- A track record of running cross-functional programs end to end, with the organization and follow-through to keep many threads on schedule.
- Hands-on experience coordinating integrations across a modern software stack
- Experience managing vendors, contracts, and renewal cycles.
- An automation-first instinct — you've used scripts, no-code/low-code tools, or AI to eliminate manual work, and you're eager to do more of it.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity and communicate with clarity and precision.
- Obsessive attention to detail with a high bar for execution, follow-through, and the quality of your own work product.
