About the role

We are looking for a Construction Managment champion. Someone with the interpersonal and technical skills to oversee projects valued at over $100 Million. The ideal candidate will have experience in civil or mechanical engineering and posses a CCM or PMP. We pride ourselves on delivering all of our projects ON TIME and UNDERBUDGET. What you'll bring

• Renovation of interior and exterior Administrative and HVAC Buildings.
• Remediation of subsurface areas with known or suspected environmental impacts.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the construction and administration of transit  facility/renovation projects.
• Five years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations.
• Extensive knowledge of contract development and administration principles to include, design review, and contract testing.
• Well-developed analytical, problem solving and planning skills.
• Ability to effectively present information to clients and/or agency staff.
• Ability to read and comprehend written materials such as: construction plans, specifications, safety cautions/warnings, maps, operating instructions and procedures;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, MS Access, Primavera Contract Manager (P6), along with scanning and imaging  applications.
