About the role

This is a hybrid role: part analyst building the dashboards and models that power Stord's parcel intelligence programs, part embedded partner for brands who need someone who can explain what the data means and act on it.

What you'll bring

• 3–5 years of experience in parcel data analysis, business intelligence, or supply chain/logistics analytics.
• Familiarity with parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, regional carriers) and how carrier rate structures work.
• Strong SQL skills — you're writing queries against real systems, not just pulling pre-built reports.
• Proficiency in at least one BI tool
• Omni, Domo, Tableau, or Power BI experience all translate.
• Willingness to work primarily in Omni.
• Demonstrated proficiency in navigating and understanding OMS/WMS/TMS systems.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize operational data into a recommendation — not just a chart.
• Experience in a client-facing or account management capacity
• Strong communication skills — you'll present findings to clients and to internal leadership, and the audience changes.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Data Science, related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Python or R for analysis beyond what SQL and BI tools can do alone.
