Stord runs fulfillment operations at scale, and the people on the floor are what make that We're looking for a Fulfillment Learning and Programs Manager to build the training content and programs that get our fulfillment teams up to speed fast and keep them sharp as processes evolve. What you'll bring

• 3+ years of experience building and delivering training programs
• warehousing, manufacturing, or another operations-heavy environment
• A track record of creating training content yourself — not just managing a vendor or an
• LMS
• Comfort designing for a frontline, hands-on audience: clear, visual, practical materials
• over long-form theory
• Strong project management skills
• you can run multiple training initiatives at once without
• dropping a ball
• Experience with instructional design principles and adult learning best practices
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and basic content tools (video editing, e-learning
