About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, material handling, and stockroom activities. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate movement of materials while maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy, operational performance, and customer service. This individual will lead warehouse personnel, establish best practices, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, shipping, receiving, and material handling processes.
• Experience using ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• APICS/ASCM, CPIM, CSCP, or similar supply chain certification.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience.
• Forklift certification and knowledge of warehouse safety standards.
• Experience with barcode scanning and inventory control technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
