About the role
We're looking for a Senior Product Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager who won't just support product launches but will help define how they succeed in market. This is more than a product launch role. You'll serve as the connective tissue between Product and Commercial teams, partnering across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and Commercial Enablement to bring innovative solutions to market. You'll help build the processes, playbooks, and commercial motions that accelerate growth, strengthen customer adoption, and shape how we go to market as our business continues to evolve. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys driving collaboration across a roadmap to achieve business outcomes, creating scalable go-to-market processes, enabling commercial teams with effective sales plays and training, refining product and solution positioning, and partnering cross-functionally to make big things happen.
What you'll bring
- Broad GTM Expertise focused on sales enablement and driving growth: Should have a strong working knowledge of product management/product launch process, sales enablement best practices, and B2B software sales process.
- A proven track record of developing and executing high-impact GTM strategies that led to product adoption, market expansion, or revenue growth.
- Understands how GTM strategy translates to Commercial teams’ day-to-day roles.
- AI and Commercial Tech Acumen: High acumen for use of key (or similar) technologies including Claude, Jira, SFDC, Pendo, and Gong.
- Project & Stakeholder Management: Strong project management skills to manage complex projects and drive execution across teams.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong market sensing skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Leadership/Influence: Exceptional collaborator with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Must be skilled at aligning stakeholders around a shared vision while driving accountability.
- Experience in a high-growth mid-sized software or data company is highly valued.
