About the role
The Associate Client Service Manager provides support to clients for an assigned book of business (approximately $500,000 total revenue). In this role, the incumbent will collaborate with internal resources as needed to ensure client needs are producing a positive experience and client retention. (Book of business may vary based on the complexity and number of accounts in the book.)
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree business, insurance, risk management, or related field of study.
- Equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
- Two (2) or more years of insurance client service experience.
- Active Life & Health License or the ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Excellent attention to detail, oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
