About the role

We are seeking an accomplished, strategic, and detail-oriented bilingual (English & French) HR professional to join our growing team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner, the Human Resources Generalist will play a key role in delivering a broad range of HR programs and services, including leading departmental communications, administering leave management programs, supporting employee relations, advancing strategic HR initiatives, and ensuring alignment with organizational policies and compliance requirements. Serving as a trusted resource to employees across the organization, the Human Resources Generalist will bring a strong service-oriented approach to providing timely, accurate guidance on HR policies, procedures, programs, and a wide range of employee-related matters.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, best practices, employment standards, and regulatory requirements across both Canada and the United States.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and effectively engage with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, organizational excellence, and effective time management, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to navigate multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated professional judgment, discretion, and integrity when managing sensitive and confidential employee and organizational information.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms, with Dayforce experience considered a strong asset.
  • ideally within a HR Generalist or comparable role supporting a broad range of HR functions.
