What you'll bring

• BA/BS + 8 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
• Demonstrated leadership of complex financial analysis projects and capital allocation processes.
• Advanced Excel-based modelling
• expert scenario/sensitivity design
• robust model architecture and auditability.
• Proficiency translating mine plans, costs, and schedules into cash flows and valuation metrics.
• Deep understanding of mineral markets.
• Hands-on design and operation of capital governance (stage-gate), portfolio optimization, and investment criteria (hurdle rates, risk-adjusted returns).
• 10–20 years across corporate development, strategy, equity research, project finance, or consulting in mining.
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Engineering (Mining/Civil) or related field
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
