About the role
Please note: this role is for a field-based Technician who travels to and from jobsites in the Lynchburg, VA area daily* You ensure HVAC systems perform exactly as designed. In this hands-on role, you test, adjust, and balance air and water (hydronic) systems to meet project specifications and industry standards. If you enjoy technical work, problem solving, and seeing the real-world impact of your work, this role is for you.
What you'll bring
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong math skills, including calculations related to air and water (hydronic) balancing.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, technical documents, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
