About the role

Wisconsin Management Company is looking for an experienced full-time Regional Property Manager to oversee a diverse multi-site portfolio of properties.

What you'll bring

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• and 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Multi-site residential management and team leadership experience required.
• Experience overseeing a portfolio of Conventional/Market, RD, LIHTC, 811 PRA programs.
• Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• COS, CPO and/or AHM designation preferred.
