About the role

Senior .Net Web Developer This position will be a senior member of the team responsible for the definition and hands-on development of web based solutions using primarily Microsoft technologies including Microsoft .NET / C#, SQL Server, HTML/JavaScript, and others. You will also participate in all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle, including software design, quality assurance, and deployment. This position requires strong communication skills and solution focus, and will involve a high level of collaboration with other team members, as well as internal customers.

What you'll bring

• BS in MIS or CS or equiv trade-off in related education and related professional work experience.
• 6 1/2 years work experience in IT with the most recent 36 months work experience as a Business System Consultant or equivalent trade-off in related professional work experience within the last 3 years with demonstrated achievement and progressive responsibilities.
• High level of proficiency demonstrated in a business environment with the last 3 years in at least 4 of the following:
• 3+ years’ experience working with: C#, .NET, AJAX, Javascript (jQuery), JSON, HTML/XHTML/DOM/CSS/XML/XSL and MS SQL
• Fundamental knowledge of Search Engine Optimization.
• UI Design Principles.
• Superior Web domain knowledge
• MVC
• Experience doing iterative development or using Agile methodologies
• Experience in optimizing websites for mobile devices
• HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with Web Content Management Systems (Sitecore, Ektron, etc.)
