About the role

Acrisure Mortgage is seeking to hire a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant! As a Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant (LOA), you will provide crucial support to loan officers, assisting with loan origination tasks, managing client communications, and ensuring a smooth loan application process. This role requires an individual with who is sales oriented, has excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of mortgage products, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will work with referral sources, borrowers and internal staff to ensure loans are supported and provide the highest level of customer service. In addition to providing support, the LOA will have the ability to self-refer loans to the team. This position offers a base salary plus commissions. What you'll bring

• Minimum of 2–4 years mortgage origination/support experience.
• Mortgage Loan Originator license required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Technology savvy
