About the role

As an  Electrical Project Manager , you will oversee the full project lifecycle — from business development and estimating through execution and closeout. You’ll serve as the single point of accountability for project delivery, ensuring scope, cost, and schedule goals are met while maintaining client satisfaction and safety standards. The typical project values range from $250K to $4.5MM in the heavy commercial and light industrial sectors.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience in industrial/commercial electrical project management
• Expertise in electrical systems + general knowledge of mechanical, civil, and structural work
• Proficiency with MS Project, Word, Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
• Self-motivated with strong leadership and time management skills
• Willingness to travel to project sites at a minimum every other week
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
